ABOUT US

KPX Audio Was founded in 2025 by Kieran Ponsonby, an audio engineer & technician from Toronto, Ontario, with over a decade of experience in the audio and music industry. Having graduated with honours from Seneca College's Independent Music Production and having taken courses at Metalworks Institute, Kieran got his start working in recording studios such as Royal City Studios & Sonic Space Studios (Guelph) and Cosmic Dave's (Sudbury).

Ponsonby then moved his career towards live events, where he worked as an AV and sound technician for companies such as VER/PRG (Toronto), PSI (St. Catharines), and Straight Street Event Services (Cambridge). 

Furthering his education, Kieran attended Conestoga College for their Guitar Repair & Design course, where he learned the fundamentals of guitar maintenance and repair. 

Now, Kieran offers all his services from the studio to the stage through KPX Audio. Working in the studio, on stage or in the workshop to help meet and surpass your audio needs with precision and expertise.
